“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.” ---James Baldwin
If you’re seeking change I want you to know that you are not alone and help is available. I’ve been a therapist since 2002 and I offer integrative therapeutic services that mirror my professional values. Integrative therapy is a progressive form of psychotherapy that combines different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the unique individual needs of each client. I approach counseling with genuine curiosity. I have confidence in my client's ability to determine their own definition of a life worth living. Therefore, you can expect warmth, a direct informality, evidenced based practices, experience, and a playful spirit permeating throughout my work.
In-person and telehealth sessions are available. Video telehealth sessions offer the same quality of service as in-person counseling, but from the comfort of any private spot with an internet connection.
